ROLDAN NETYA focuses its efforts on meeting the requirements, needs, and expectations of our clients. This is a shared value that demands the highest levels of Quality in the activities carried out:
Technical advice, marketing, and distribution of cleaning, hygiene, and personal protection systems and products.
The main objective is to achieve client satisfaction and ensure maximum rigor in providing solutions for professional cleaning.
This Policy applies to all our branches and services and defines the principles of action concerning Quality and Environmental Management according to the reference Standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. It highlights our public commitment in this regard. The Management takes ownership of this commitment and extends it to all members of the Company:
- To sell products of the highest quality.
- To always maintain a commitment to environmental protection, including pollution prevention, and other specific commitments relevant to the organization’s context, such as the sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
- To implement actions aimed at reducing the environmental impacts associated with our activities, focusing on significant environmental aspects, such as non-contaminated waste and the consumption of natural resources.
- To comply with legal requirements and other requirements related to our activities.
- To meet the requirements, needs, and expectations of our clients.
- To be competitive and leaders in our field of action.
- To assist clients through improvement proposals.
- To train ourselves and seek new technologies to enhance our work.
- To set objectives, review them, and take actions for continuous improvement.
- To work with suppliers and subcontractors who share these objectives.
To promote an understanding and dissemination of our quality and environmental policy within our organization, as well as to make it available to our clients, suppliers, and the general public.
The foundation of our management system is the continuous training and development of all our staff, as well as monitoring and achieving the above objectives and targets, which will be reviewed periodically to adapt to changing realities and our concerns.
