What is the Client Area?
At the top right of the navigation menu, you will find access to the Customer Area.
A customer area is a private space on a platform where registered users can view all available products, organized by categories. It can be accessed as a guest user, but when logging in as a customer, more detailed information is unlocked.
How can I access as a client?
If you are already a client at Roldan Netya, here are the steps to register for the Client Area:
- Send the information to SAC
- Company name.
- Email you will use for the application.
- Registration confirmation: SAC will respond with a confirmation email when the data has been entered into the system. You must wait one day for the changes to update.
- Application registration process:
- Go to our website and click on the Client Area icon.
- Click the person icon in the top right corner.
- Enter your registered email. Leave the password field blank and click Log In.
- Create and confirm a new password.
- Check your email for an activation link and click to activate your account.
- Log in again with your email and new password.
How can I place an order?
To place an order with Roldán Netya, you can choose any of the following methods:
App: If you’re already a customer, you can use the app, which also serves as your customer area. Just log in with your credentials, select the products, and confirm your order.
Email: If you prefer, you can also place your order by sending an email to the customer service address, detailing the products you want and your customer information.
Phone: As a last option, you can place the order by calling the customer service number and providing the details of your purchase.
How can I contact the company?
We have set up a Contact page where you can find the best option for your needs:
- Email: Send an email to customer service or your sales representative.
- Phone: Call our customer service number during business hours.
- Contact form: Use the form in the Contact section.
Where can I find more information about other branches?
On the Contact page, you will also find details about our other offices, organized by province.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
To subscribe, you can make a request via the contact form, by phone, or via email.
How can I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe, click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
